Nestled in the heart of the Peteluma Gap, Noble Family Vineyard’s proximity to the Pacific Ocean’s maritime winds and rolling fog creates a cool climate that produces smaller berries and clusters on the vine. The vineyard’s ideal location results in thicker-skinned grapes that develop full ripeness, complex structure, and intense flavors. The longer ripening season forges a wine with mature silky tannins, balanced acidity, as well as ageability. Utilizing 10% whole cluster fermentation lends to lifted floral and tea leaf aromatics, while tastes of cherry and forest floor expand on the palate ending in a long, but delicate finish.
